Student and university employee’s mobility


In the long term, the department cooperates with these universities within the Erasmus programme. In years 2012-2014 the university jointly organised 2-week long intensive programmes focused on the human resources management in social and health organisations. Each year, 10 students from each country had a chance to participate in the programme. The first meeting took place in Finnish city of Lahti in May 2012, the second one was organised by the employees in Portuguese Évora. In May 2014 the programme took place in Prague. Preparation of international programme


Starting in October 2013, the employees of the department have cooperated in the implementation of the CareMan project http://www.lamk.fi/english/news/Sivut/Erasmus-LLP-project-%E2%80%9CCareMan%E2%80%9D-internationalizes--Social-and-Health-Care-Leadership-and-Management-Education.aspx ), the purpose of which is to propose and primarily evaluate the possibility of establishing the Joint Master Degree programme in the field of management of social and health organisations. Practical experience for students


Within the practical managerial experience of students, the faculty concludes an agreement most often with providers of social and health care in the whole Czech Republic. The subject matter of the agreement is a diagnostics of selected area of management and subsequent negotiations and implementation of a concrete organisational change. The managerial practice runs in both years of the studies, in the first year in a minimal extent of 160 hours, in the second one in an extent of 80 hours. Among the following organisations belong:
