Key competences of the graduate


 -  is able to interpret social issues in their historic, economic and legal context


 - is well informed on recent theories on social and health-care policy and their application in practice, makes their own opinions of them


 - is able to recognize the value and methodological outputs and to evaluate positive and risk impacts of decision-making on the quality of life of clients of social and health services in the process of an application of various research methods, models and methods of management and supervision and professional services


 - is able to defend attitudes expressing an understanding and respect to human rights and European values, and to form their application in the practice of social and health-care organisations


 - With their specialisation continues to specialize as a supervisor or as a manager in social and / or health-care organisation according to their previous qualification and specialisation of defended portfolio.
