In both specialisations the study offers theoretical and methodological findings from the field of social politics and social work and from related fields, mainly from health-care politics and organisation studies.
The graduate is able to interpret social issues in their historic, economic and legal context, is able to recognize the specific value and methodological outputs and to evaluate positive and risk impacts of decision-making on the quality of life of clients of social and health services with the application of various research approaches and methods, applies in practice chosen models and methods of management and / or supervision of workers, has experience with the interdisciplinary cooperation and with the team cooperation, is able to plan arrangements of supervision to support the quality of provided care, is able to interpret European values and applies them to social and health-care issues.
