Work Experience

Lada Furmanikova has been in the field of social services since 1997. She has worked for organisations providing social services to people with learning or combined disabilities and with mental disorders. She has had experience in long-life education of social workers and managers in social services since 2008. She aims to provide consultation and educational support to organisations in the processes of change, in recent years especially in the deinstitutionalisation processes of social services and the quality management processes. She is also involved with client-oriented subjects (e.g. human rights).

2008–2010: She was a teacher in the bachelor’s degree programme of social work at Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem

2012–present: She has taught in the master’s degree program Management and Supervision in Social and Health Care Organisations at the Faculty of Humanities, Charles University.
